Parsley - Organic
What is Dried Parsley?
Parsley originated from the Mediterranean area over 2,000 years ago and remains popular in European cooking.
Cooking With Dried Parsley
Dried parsley is commonly used throughout the cooking process so that the flavour can infuse. Parsley has a mild, bitter taste and works by contrasting flavours, in the same way lemon does.
Dried parsley, as with all dried herbs is much more concentrated than fresh parsley. The general rule of thumb is to use a third of the amount of dried as you would fresh herbs.
