Cooking with Vegan Burger Mix
To make approximately 8 burgers, thoroughly mix 250g of this vegan burger mix with 450ml cold water and let it stand for 5 minutes. Then form into burgers and shallow fry until golden brown.
Try adding chopped vegetables, herbs and spices for a variety of alternative flavours or make a healthy hash by mixing with mash and serve with gravy.
