This is the original Sosmix from Symington's. Perfect for making the old school vegetarian sausages or for sausage plaits!
Cooking with Sosmix
Place 150g of Sosmix into a bowl. Add 250ml of COLD water. Mix and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Form into sausage shapes and fry gently in shallow oil until golden brown. Then enjoy!
