Cooking with Organic Vegan Burger Mix
To make approximately 4 burgers, thoroughly mix 125g of this burger mix with 175ml boiling water and 2 tsp coconut oil. Leave for 10 minutes and then form into burgers and shallow fry until golden brown or bake for 20 minutes at 200C.
Try adding chopped vegetables, herbs and spices for a variety of alternative flavours or make a healthy hash by mixing with mash and serve with gravy.
