Cranberries are a red, tart berry. These cranberries are sweetened and then dried and sprayed very lightly with sunflower oil. No preservative, flavouring or colouring is added.

Cooking with Dried Cranberries

Try adding dried cranberries to smoothies, salads, cereals, cookies, breads and trail mix. They can act as a direct replacement for raisins or any dried fruit.

Try adding to a couscous and chickpea salad. Just add equal amounts of couscous and cooked chickpeas (say 3 cups), then 2 chopped organs, 2 cups of spinach, 1 cup crumbled/grated cheese of your choice, 1 chopped red onion, ¾ cup dried cranberries and ½ cup chopped pecans. Toss together with some vinaigrette and enjoy.
