Cooking with Dried Cranberries
Try adding dried cranberries to smoothies, salads, cereals, cookies, breads and trail mix. They can act as a direct replacement for raisins or any dried fruit.
Try adding to a couscous and chickpea salad. Just add equal amounts of couscous and cooked chickpeas (say 3 cups), then 2 chopped organs, 2 cups of spinach, 1 cup crumbled/grated cheese of your choice, 1 chopped red onion, ¾ cup dried cranberries and ½ cup chopped pecans. Toss together with some vinaigrette and enjoy.
